FT position responsible for managing the physical, chemical, and biological analyses of industrial wastes, water, storm water, sludge samples, and wastewater. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing service-oriented personality and have a combination of technical and personal skills and abilities necessary to maintain effective work relationships with the general public, other city employees, and other agencies. Requires an Associate’s degree and three years of experience in the wastewater industry with one year of experience in water quality sampling and testing procedures. A Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable. Certifications/Licenses required include an Oregon commercial Driver’s License - Class C and CPR/First Aid and AED Certification. Level I or II Wastewater Treatment and/or Collections Certification is desirable. Salary is $3567-$4546 monthly with excellent benefit package.
